Any adjustment of  the service terms or fees by Inspired Creations in no way counteracts the enforceability of  all  terms following:

Service Limitations:

I will not paint any part of body that is illegal to expose, or any place I do not feel comfortable. I will not paint any design or wording that I consider obscene or offensive. For sanitary reasons, I will not service anyone appearing sick or suffering from cold sores, pink eye, head lice, or open wounds.  I shall have the final authority in determination of whom shall be serviced.  

Cancellation Policy:

In the case of postponement, I will work with you to obtain an available alternate date and time for service within a 30-day period of the initial event date and time. In such case, the balance for service to be provided at the rescheduled booking is still to be paid in full.  If the service is not rescheduled any deposit is forfeited.

Event Terms:

The service is set to begin and end at the times agreed on at the time of booking. Please, have your guests adhere to these times. You agree to pay the full amount due for service as stated at the time of booking and cannot base balance on non-serviced persons, weather, or time constraints. You agree to insure supervision of children and animals during the event. You agree to assume any risk and responsibility of compensation for any accidents or injuries, and/or any damage to my equipment and supplies caused by guests, pets, etc. either accidentally or intentionally. You agree to provide an adequate area for me to work; this means an area with a level surface and protection from the elements (extreme temperatures, rain, hail, and excessive wind). You agree (when possible) to provide a parking space close to the service location, as I have many supplies to transport. You agree to be responsible for any fees that may be associated with parking at the event, such as gate or event entry fees, parking meters, etc.

Corporate Events:

All corporate checks should be made payable to Inspired Creations. Any dishonoured check will be assessed a $35.00 fee. You will also be responsible for any fees or expenses, including attorney’s fees, incurred in connection with collecting delinquent amounts owed to Inspired Creations.
